Backpacking Daisetsuzan’s Kurodake: 3-Day Autumn Hiking Adventure(9/2024)

We hiked to Hokuchindake and Pippudake, basing my climb at Daisetsuzan’s Kurodake. I’ve captured the experience in this video.

Daisetsuzan’s Kurodake,Hokuchindake and Pippudake. (9/24-26/2024))

A 3-day, 2-night tent camping hike, with the base at the Kurodake Ishimuro campsite.
From the first day, We encountered a Hokkaido chipmunk, a Brocken specter, and a starry sky. On the second day, We witnessed a rare sun pillar, a breathtaking sunrise, and the vast landscape of Daisetsuzan.
Although there was some rain on the third day, We was lucky to see a double rainbow.
It was a bit early for the peak autumn colors, but it was a wonderful hike.

Please Note)
